Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d) limited for 12 months

What you will do

• Process orders, deliveries, and invoices using SAP ERP.
• Monitor order processing and track monthly delivery performance.
• Prepare transport documents for non-hazardous and hazardous goods shipped by road or sea.
• Handle customer inquiries, clarify delivery status, and process complaints and returns in SAP C4C.
• Prepare accompanying documents for occasional national and international parcel shipments.
• Contribute to customer service projects.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of customs and export control.
• Basic knowledge of ADR and IMDG regulations for transporting dangerous goods; training is provided.
• Business-fluent German and good English.
• Strong communication skills, motivation, resilience, flexibility, teamwork, and a careful working style.
