Operations Planner – Retail & B2B

Location: UK, Manchester; onsite role

What you will do

• Maximise product availability and sales across global Retail and B2B channels.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adherence, identifying continuous improvement opportunities with customers and internal teams.
• Manage new product launches end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams from concept through delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen supply chain performance.
• Lead projects that enhance global Retail and B2B supply chain capabilities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

Requirements

• Strong numerical, analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Experience in supply chain, B2B, commercial or operations environments.
• Experience working closely with Operations and Sales teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of global supply chain processes and trends.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge.
