Manager, Operations Service & Partner Development (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead and support global tenders for transportation, warehousing, 3PL, and 4PL logistics control tower service partners.
• Translate operational requirements into tender documentation, evaluation criteria, commercial agreements, and implementation plans.
• Manage contractual SLA oversight, escalations, QBRs, performance reporting, action tracking, and partner improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, CPU assumptions, forecasts, monthly tracking, variance analysis, and cost visibility.
• Work with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Warehousing, Planning, and regional Operations teams across AMER, EMEA, ANZ, APAC, and Japan.
• Establish governance, scorecards, reporting packs, and a global service partner strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, transportation, warehousing, service partner management, or operations finance.
• Experience with logistics tenders, RFPs, supplier selection, contract governance, or partner performance management.
• Strong understanding of sea freight, road freight, air freight, 3PL warehouses, 4PL control towers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, CPU modelling, OPEX, and CAPEX management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, QBR, scorecard, and performance review skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global priorities and convert business requirements into practical partner and budget plans.

Nice to have

• BA or BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
• Lean experience, with Green Belt or higher certification preferred.
