Manager, Operations Service & Partner Development (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead and support global tenders for sea, road, and air freight, warehouse 3PL, and 4PL logistics control tower partners.
• Define operational requirements, tender documentation, evaluation criteria, and partner selection processes with Procurement and Legal.
• Manage contractual SLA oversight and act as an escalation point for commercial and operational partner issues.
• Own data-driven quarterly business reviews, performance scorecards, action tracking, and service improvement plans.
• Manage cross-Operations OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, including CPU assumptions, forecasts, monthly tracking, and variance analysis.
• Establish global governance and reporting while representing regional requirements across AMER, EMEA, ANZ, APAC, and Japan.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, transportation, warehousing, service partner management, or operations finance.
• Experience with logistics tenders, RFPs, supplier selection, contract governance, and service-level management.
• Strong understanding of sea freight, road freight, air freight, 3PL warehouse providers, 4PL control towers, carriers, or freight forwarders.
• Strong financial and analytical skills covering budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, CPU modelling, OPEX, and CAPEX.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across Operations, Procurement, Finance, Planning, Legal, and regional teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in London, England, GB.

Nice to have

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
• Lean experience, preferably with Greenbelt certification or higher.
