Supply Planning Associate

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom; hybrid, with three days per week from the office at Thorpe Park

What you will do

• Route inbound containers to distribution centers to support future orders and optimize storage utilization.
• Balance stock between B2B and B2C inventories to support sales plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Order Management, Inbound Logistics, Country Logistics, and Supply Planning teams to maintain smooth goods flow.
• Report supply planning KPIs and identify process blockages.
• Gather relevant data from business stakeholders and respond to stock and inventory queries.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills focused on inventory management and distribution center performance.
• Ability to multitask, manage time independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
• Knowledge or experience in supply chain or planning is advantageous.

• Previous experience in a supply chain or planning function.
