Supply Chain Assistant (Demand Planning)

Location: Bournemouth, United Kingdom; onsite internship starting July 2027 for 13 months

What you will do

• Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain planning trackers.
• Improve existing reporting and build presentations for the demand planning team.
• Support new product launches, SKU classification, and other demand planning projects.
• Assist with demand plan execution, forecast analysis, and recommendations for the UK sales plan.
• Work with supply planning, commercial, marketing, and sales teams to manage customer orders, capture tester forecasts, and prepare for S&OP meetings.
• Communicate supply chain issues and provide insights to improve forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student interested in supply chain and demand planning.
• Good knowledge of Excel, numeracy, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, prioritisation, and deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build working relationships.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, solve problems creatively, and learn quickly.
