Team Leader Logistics

What you will do

• Lead and support the warehouse operational team, coordinating daily activities, priorities, workload, holidays, and absences.
• Plan work according to team capacity and ensure smooth product flow through the warehouse.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, health, safety, and security standards.
• Act as the technical and operational point of reference for the team and provide a visible, hands-on presence on the warehouse floor.
• Support onboarding, training, cross-training, and team versatility.
• Monitor performance, escalate incidents, and identify improvements to processes, productivity, and warehouse performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse team leadership role.
• Previous experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Level 3 qualification or equivalent, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Rigorous, autonomous, proactive, resilient, and comfortable with hands-on operational work.
• Focus on customer and operational excellence, quality, and productivity targets.

Nice to have

• Experience in fashion, luxury, retail, or e-commerce.
