TL;DR
AIx Field Service Engineer-Shanghai (AI and Semiconductor Equipment): Leading continuous improvement projects, digital troubleshooting, and innovation for customer-site tools in semiconductor equipment and fab operations with an accent on advanced modeling, best-practice development, and solution testing. Focus on solving complex equipment and service problems, mentoring colleagues, and coordinating digital tool improvements with internal teams and customers.

Location: Shanghai, China; travel required 20% of the time; relocation eligible.

What you will do

  • Lead continuous improvement projects and drive innovation for digital tools.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer-site digital tools.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and recommend best practices using digital tools.
  • Provide feedback on digital package content and best practices.
  • Implement and test solutions for new issues.
  • Mentor colleagues on troubleshooting and communicate complex concepts to build consensus.

Requirements

  • Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • In-depth knowledge of hirify.global digital products and applications.
  • Good understanding of equipment and fab operations.
  • Knowledge of best practices, business integration, and market differentiation.
  • Ability to solve complex problems using multiple information sources and Applied Problem Solving methodology.
  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
