Equipment Engineer (Semiconductor ATE)

What you will do

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for ATE test systems.
• Track equipment utilization, maintenance history, scheduled maintenance, downtime, and costs using a data-driven approach.
• Develop systems, troubleshoot problems, and create solutions for Backend Assembly and Test equipment.
• Create user manuals, integration instructions, handler recipes, and tester setups for new devices and packages.
• Improve production rates, equipment reliability, output quality, uptime, and OEE through best practices and predictive maintenance.
• Investigate equipment-related quality issues and maintain spare parts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience with semiconductor ATE testers and test handler or prober platforms.
• Experience with ATE testing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, technical writing, and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ownership, initiative, quality mindset, and engineering curiosity for continuous improvement.
