What you will do

• Support process setup, data collection, and troubleshooting for Ion Beam systems.
• Conduct experiments, process trials, and customer demonstrations under guidance.
• Monitor process performance and lead root cause analysis for escalated issues.
• Prepare technical reports and data summaries for system qualification and validation.
• Assist in customer training activities and identify opportunities for product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or Chemistry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with thin-film technologies or related equipment.
• Ability to travel to the USA and within the Asia region approximately 30% of the time.
• English: Good spoken and written communication skills required.
