What you will do

• Develop and optimize ATE test programs for analog and mixed signal power management semiconductor components.
• Ensure the deployment of high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective probe and test solutions at OSATs.
• Collaborate with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and develop hardware and software test solutions for new products.
• Travel to OSATs to support NPI, product sustaining, and efficiency improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or Mechatronics engineering.
• Good understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods.
• Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel to overseas OSATs as needed.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience.
• Experience in ETS88 and ASL1000 test development.
