TL;DR

Test Engineer (Semiconductor): Developing and optimizing ATE test programs and probe solutions for analog and mixed signal power management semiconductor components with an accent on test software, hardware, and cost-efficient deployment at OSATs. Focus on defining test methods for new products, supporting NPI and product sustaining activities, and solving data-driven testing challenges across overseas facilities.

Location: Ipoh, Malaysia; travel to overseas OSATs may be required.

What you will do

Develop and optimize ATE test programs for analog and mixed signal power management semiconductor components.
Deploy high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective probe and test solutions at OSAT facilities.
Work with Design and NPI teams to define test methods for new products.
Develop software and hardware test solutions.
Travel to overseas OSATs to support NPI, product sustaining, and efficiency improvement activities as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, electronic, computer, or mechatronics engineering.
Good understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods.
Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware.
Strong communication skills and willingness to travel to overseas OSATs.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Nice to have

Internship experience.
ETS88 or ASL1000 test development experience.
