Enterprise Client Solutions Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid working model. Applicants must be authorised to work in Belgium.

What you will do

• Develop and expand strategic enterprise client relationships and identify account growth opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand business and technical requirements.
• Qualify opportunities and translate client needs into scalable project, technical services, managed services, and staff augmentation solutions.
• Lead the creation and negotiation of Statements of Work, service agreements, bids, and commercial proposals.
• Define scopes, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, governance structures, and delivery assumptions.
• Identify commercial, contractual, operational, and delivery risks and establish mitigation and escalation plans.

Requirements

• Experience in client development within the life sciences sector.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders, negotiating, and influencing decisions.
• Experience with requirements gathering, opportunity qualification, solution design, service modelling, SOW development, managed services, and project-based delivery.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Authorisation to work in Belgium.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle complex challenges, and build professional relationships.
