Partnership Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, with an office in Leuven, Belgium

What you will do

• Identify and develop new partners across different continents.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and expand the partner ecosystem.
• Support partners in their sales approach and customer communication.
• Train partners to use and understand the platform.
• Represent hirify.global externally while advocating for partner interests internally.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch, English, and French
• Demonstrated experience in solution selling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across different sectors.
• Entrepreneurial, customer-oriented, and motivated to keep learning.
• Ability to work under stress, handle confidential information, set clear boundaries, and take a solution-oriented approach.
• CRM experience is an advantage.
