2027 Summer Analyst, Equity Solutions

Location: New York, NY; candidates must be based in New York for the full 10-week term and reside within the United States.

Salary: $115,000 annualized, pro-rated for the 10-week internship program.

What you will do

• Provide analytical, financial modeling, structuring, research, and transaction support to senior professionals.
• Support the execution of IPOs, equity-linked transactions, corporate equity derivatives, and margin loans.
• Help develop solutions for Corporate & Investment Banking clients in changing market conditions.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Contribute to winning business and executing transactions while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an undergraduate business-related degree program at the time of the internship.
• Expected graduation in June 2028.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.
• Knowledge of business, economics, or finance and a strong interest in financial markets.
• Strong technical, computational, analytical, writing, and presentation skills, including knowledge of equity options.
• Understanding of credit analysis and accounting principles, with the ability to work in a non-public information environment and follow strict internal procedures.
