What you will do

• Develop restructuring, capital structure advisory, new business, forecasting, valuation, and M&A analyses.
• Prepare materials for public stock issuance, internal communications, sensitive announcements, and senior audiences.
• Manage investment portfolios through detailed market and sector analysis and contribute to investment policy.
• Build business cases, process frameworks, forecasts, schedules, policies, procedures, and contingency plans.
• Analyze complex information and provide authoritative recommendations with short- and long-term business impact.
• Partner with internal clients, manage external relationships, and guide or train colleagues on client account management and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• 3–6 years of general professional experience.
• Advanced expertise in financial analysis, numerical concepts, data trends, valuation, and business case development.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and risk controls.
• Strong verbal communication, planning, prioritization, research, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work as a resident in New York, United States.
