Focus on coordinating strategy, product, marketing, sales, digital and operations teams, resolving delivery blockers, and ensuring consistent customer and commercial outcomes.
Location: NSW, Australia; hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote or from home

What you will do
- Lead the orchestration and governance of go-to-market initiatives across Consumer and Small Business.
- Align strategy, product, marketing, sales channels, customer communications and operational readiness.
- Ensure propositions, campaigns, offers and strategic initiatives meet governance and business requirements.
- Review and approve customer and market communications for consistency, compliance and relevance.
- Facilitate business readiness by clarifying objectives, impacts, dependencies and delivery requirements.
- Identify and resolve risks, issues and delivery blockers across complex initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex programs, projects or go-to-market initiatives in a large, matrixed organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-first mindset combined with commercial acumen.
- Strong planning, prioritisation and governance experience.
- Ability to drive outcomes through collaboration rather than direct authority.
- Proactive, curious and solutions-focused approach.
