Senior Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM)

Location: NSW, Australia; hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote or from home.

What you will do

• Lead the orchestration and governance of go-to-market initiatives across Consumer and Small Business.
• Align strategy, product, marketing, sales channels, customer communications and operations.
• Ensure propositions, campaigns, offers and initiatives meet governance and business requirements.
• Coordinate customer and market communication reviews for consistency, compliance and relevance.
• Facilitate business readiness by clarifying objectives, impacts, dependencies and delivery requirements.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues and delivery blockers across the initiative portfolio.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex programs, projects or go-to-market initiatives in a large, matrixed organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, planning, prioritisation and governance skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capability.
• Customer-first mindset combined with commercial acumen.
• Ability to drive outcomes through collaboration rather than direct authority.
• Proactive, curious and solutions-focused approach.
