Global Compensation Manager

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; additional location: Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Lead the annual global Performance, Growth & Rewards cycle, including merit, bonus, equity, and exceptional nomination programs.
• Manage end-to-end pay planning, budget planning, cost analysis, financial controls, global reporting, and incentive accruals.
• Coordinate compensation audits, data validation, salary range updates, regulatory reviews, and governance activities.
• Translate global business and regulatory requirements into Workday compensation specifications and support program administration.
• Troubleshoot Workday, ServiceNow, compensation, and program-related system and data issues while driving process improvements.
• Partner with HR, Total Rewards, Finance, leadership, and business stakeholders on compensation initiatives, communications, risks, and awards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience with compensation programs, pay planning, audits, regulatory requirements, and related systems.
