Manager Compensation

Location: Remote within Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, or Arizona. Candidates in Washington within reasonable driving distance of the Tukwila headquarters are encouraged to work onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays; other approved remote locations are primarily remote.

Salary: $150,800–$184,200 annually target range; full range $117,300–$217,800 annually, plus performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Manage base compensation programs, including merit cycles, salary structures, grades, modeling, and analysis.
• Lead annual incentive program administration and respond to program and policy inquiries.
• Advise business leaders on complex compensation cases and align solutions with business goals.
• Manage job design, evaluation, leveling, titling, and external compensation survey processes.
• Contribute to performance management systems, employee coaching, mentoring, and evaluations.
• Monitor compensation trends and federal, state, and local requirements to maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or equivalent work or educational experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant compensation experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• Experience with broad-based compensation programs and conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving work.
• Advanced spreadsheet and database expertise, including reporting, analysis, and modeling, is desired.
• Residence in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, or Arizona is required.
