Senior Compensation Analyst

What you will do

• Conduct compensation market pricing and benchmarking using survey data and analytical tools.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on offer recommendations and employee pay reviews.
• Design and maintain salary structures, job architecture, and dynamic pay ranges.
• Create dashboards, predictive models, and executive-level compensation reporting.
• Develop incentive programs aligned with business objectives.
• Improve compensation tools, processes, and analytical methodologies while supporting pay transparency and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including deep expertise in the technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of compensation surveys, market pricing, salary structures, and job leveling frameworks.
• Experience supporting compensation strategies across multiple countries, including US and international markets.
• Advanced analytical skills and mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and compensation management tools.
• Experience managing complex compensation cycles and translating complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, communication skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pave, Dayforce, or Workday.
