Specialist, Employee Services Operations (Benefits)

Location: Monterrey, Mexico. Hybrid working is available, with the option to work from home up to two days per week; the workplace is the office, store, or factory specified in the advert.

What you will do

• Own the operational health, continuity, governance, and service readiness of Benefits operations.
• Coordinate Senior Advisors and resolve complex Benefits escalations through investigation, root-cause analysis, quality reviews, and corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with Centres of Expertise, vendors, continuous-improvement partners, and regional stakeholders.
• Maintain a prioritised backlog of Benefits standardisation, process, and automation improvements.
• Support insurance, retirement and pension, health and wellbeing, allowances, and related Benefits processes.
• Support Learning Administration activities, operational projects, system changes, and service transitions.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Benefits, Hire-to-Retire operations, employee services, or a comparable service-delivery environment.
• Experience leading complex Benefits escalations through root-cause analysis, quality reviews, and corrective actions.
• Experience directing operational discussions with Centres of Expertise, vendors, and continuous-improvement partners.
• Experience with process impact assessments, change implementation, or user acceptance testing.
• Experience supporting insurance, retirement and pension, health and wellbeing, allowances, or related Benefits processes.
• Ability to coordinate across functions and cultures while building dependable backup coverage and knowledge transfer.

Nice to have

• Experience using Workday Human Capital Management and ServiceNow in a shared-services or service-management environment.
• Experience with automation tools, Power BI, or Power Automate.
• Experience supporting Learning Administration or vendor-managed services.
