Implementation Specialist (Spanish, PST Timezone)

Location: Bay Area, California, US; hybrid work with remote merchant interactions and occasional onsite training and hardware installation. Must be located in the PST or MST time zone.

Salary: $31.66–$63.23 USD per hour, depending on US pay zone.

What you will do

• Manage seller onboarding and implementation through activation, maintaining go-live timelines and accelerating deal completion.
• Conduct remote consultations and training covering hardware, software, operations, staff enablement, menu setup, and platform usage.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to remove barriers and improve seller outcomes.
• Lead complex multi-merchant projects, manage competing priorities, and allocate resources for timely delivery.
• Create training materials for internal teams and external partners.
• Configure customer accounts, optimize menus, and complete data entry and migration tasks.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation, support, sales, account management, or customer success.
• Previous project management experience and a record of delivering complex technology projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time management, independent decision-making, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Must be located in the PST or MST time zone.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
• A BA/BS degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in POS, payments, or technology industries.
• Experience with hardware installation and network configuration.
