Product Delivery Lead (Payments)

Location: Remote within the United States

What you will do

• Lead programs and major client engagements from planning and scope definition through testing, certification, release, deployment, go-to-market, and iteration.
• Own delivery plans and track deliverables, dependencies, resources, scope, schedule, and budget across concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate software development, infrastructure and system integrations, security, quality assurance, and production deployment.
• Identify and resolve impediments, process bottlenecks, cross-team issues, and delivery risks.
• Align engineering, product, design, network, business, vendor, partner, and client stakeholders through clear communication plans and regular updates.
• Work with clients, including C-level stakeholders, to define requirements and convert business processes and architecture discussions into structured deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Management, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience delivering software development and related IT projects across multifaceted teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams for programs or major clients.
• Experience with enterprise-level clients, agile projects, internal and external stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and C-level personnel.
• Ability to translate business processes, architecture discussions, and requirements into clear deliverables and structured plans.
• Ability and willingness to learn the platform, infrastructure, services, and merchant use cases in technical detail.

• Experience in the payments or financial services industry.
• Hands-on coding experience.
