Senior Print Designer - Kids (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA; must work from the hirify.global Seattle office at least 4 days per week

Salary: $93,500–$155,000 annual

What you will do

• Manage the print design process from concept through completion in partnership with the Director and in-house Design team.
• Create original seasonal prints, artwork, design boards, and color direction for hirify.global Made brands.
• Research competitors, market trends, product, fabric, wash, and color opportunities.
• Ensure artwork reflects brand strategy, customer relevance, cost parameters, and technical requirements.
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional partners and provide expertise across multiple brands and categories.
• Coach, develop, and provide feedback to direct reports while building an effective team environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Apparel, Fashion, Textile, Print, or Graphic Design.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong conceptual, textile, color, artwork, fabric, and market trend knowledge.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, NED Graphics, Procreate, and/or Fresco.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to coach, manage, and develop direct reports.
