Designer - Women's

Location: Onsite in Beverly Hills, California, United States; Monday–Friday during core business hours.

What you will do

• Design brand-appropriate women’s fashion from concept through production.
• Create hand sketches, detailed technical sketches and CADs for assigned product categories.
• Direct fittings from first prototypes through fit samples, ensuring garment quality, materials and design consistency.
• Partner with product development, technical design, pattern-makers and merchants on prototypes, tech packs and customer-focused products.
• Manage line sheets, pre-production details and brand-calendar milestones.
• Prepare and present clear design concepts while improving workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of design experience in a fast-paced, trend-driven apparel company.
• Strong hand-sketching and CAD skills, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Fashion market knowledge, creativity and a passion for inclusive design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively and collaborate across teams.
• BFA or BA degree in Fashion Design.
• Fluent English and ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills during core business hours.
