Ecosystem Technical Enabling Engineer (Edge AI)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site.

What you will do

• Engage with hardware and software vendors to align technical requirements and evaluate ecosystem solutions for compatibility with hirify.global technologies.
• Develop vendor enablement plans, technical requirements documents, training materials, and supporting collateral.
• Provide hands-on technical support to analyze, test, debug, and resolve vendor and customer solution issues.
• Collaborate with architects, silicon design, validation, and engineering teams on platform implementation, certification, and performance.
• Ensure vendor solutions meet industry certification, compliance, regulatory, and performance requirements.
• Identify technical advancement opportunities and contribute to roadmap discussions on emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of experience in hardware/software ecosystem enablement; or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience; or a PhD with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with vendor enablement processes, solution readiness, and ecosystem evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of Edge and Edge AI platform architecture at the silicon, system, and software levels.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and enablement materials.

• Excellent communication, technical documentation, and presentation abilities.

• Experience with debugging and validation tools for hardware and software systems.
