Field Application Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is a software company developing ultrasound-based machine-learning algorithms for touchless gesture, proximity, and presence sensing on low-power embedded systems.

What you will do

• Provide system-level technical support throughout customer product development, from prototypes through production.
• Integrate the platform into Windows- and Linux-based laptop systems.
• Train and maintain the AI Virtual Smart Sensor Platform using MLaaS tools, including its build and release process.
• Deliver onsite technical support, demonstrations, training, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and present products and solutions to customers and groups.
• Work closely with sales to support new business opportunities.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related background.
• Experience with analog and digital design.
• Understanding of audio and acoustics.
• Experience with Windows, especially the Windows Sensor and Audio frameworks.
• Ability to debug portable devices using ADB, Linux tools, and Windows tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; Chinese and English language skills are desired.
