Ecosystem Technical Enabling Engineer (Edge AI)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned Intel site and off-site work.

Intel's Edge Computing Group enables external vendors to deliver hardware and software solutions for Intel platforms.

What you will do

• Engage with hardware and software vendors to align technical requirements for platform solutions.
• Evaluate vendors and ecosystem solutions during planning and develop enablement plans for platform readiness.
• Create technical requirements documents, training materials, and other enablement collateral.
• Provide hands-on technical support to analyze, test, debug, and resolve vendor and customer solution issues.
• Collaborate with architects, silicon design, validation, engineering teams, and vendors to improve implementation, certification, and performance.
• Ensure vendor solutions meet industry certification, compliance, regulatory, and performance requirements while contributing to technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus 6+ years of experience in hardware/software ecosystem enablement; or a Master's degree plus 4+ years; or a PhD plus 2+ years.
• Experience with vendor enablement processes, solution readiness, and ecosystem evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of Edge and Edge AI platform architecture at the silicon, system, and software levels.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and enablement materials.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with architects, validation engineers, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, technical documentation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with advanced debugging tools, hardware and software validation tools, and continuous validation pipelines.
