Senior Director, Growth Marketing (Digital Marketing) (SaaS/e-commerce): Scaling global digital growth, product-led growth, and e-commerce revenue across performance marketing, SEO/GEO, web, campaigns, and influencer channels with an accent on €10M+ ARR ownership, P&L management, and multi-disciplinary team leadership. Focus on optimizing acquisition funnels, building AI-enabled marketing processes, running experimentation, and making data-driven budget and attribution decisions.
Location: Germany or the United Kingdom, with hybrid or remote working options. A valid work/residence permit for the respective location is required.

What you will do
- Own the global strategy, execution, and P&L for direct digital and e-commerce growth, targeting €10M+ ARR.
- Lead and develop a matrixed organization of 10+ marketing professionals across five functional teams.
- Manage forecasting, funnel performance, acquisition spend, budget allocation, and revenue reporting.
- Oversee performance marketing, ABM, retention campaigns, SEO/GEO, web properties, and continuous A/B testing.
- Develop organic communication, social media, and influencer strategies for audiences of architects, designers, and creative studios.
- Manage agencies and freelancers while testing new digital marketing approaches and channels.
Requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience in modern digital marketing.
- Experience owning an independent e-commerce or digital sales P&L with multi-million-euro ARR accountability.
- Operational experience in B2B SaaS, self-service, or product-led growth environments.
- Experience building and leading large, multidisciplinary marketing teams in performance-driven organizations.
- Experience with marketing technology stacks and AI-enabled marketing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
