Brand Marketing Lead (AI)

Building commercially scalable and safe hirify.global robots, including the HMND-01 platform for real industrial environments.

What you will do

• Own partner communication and coordination for joint and co-branded initiatives.
• Lead expos, trade shows, and brand activations from planning through on-site execution.
• Manage brand initiatives from idea to delivery, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Lead and develop a small team of brand managers focused on project coordination and communication.
• Partner with Creative Direction and PR to keep brand initiatives aligned and moving.
• Maintain consistent, on-brief brand execution across touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing operations, or a comparable hands-on role.
• Experience managing partner relationships and coordinating multiple stakeholders to deadlines.
• Experience owning events, expos, or brand activations end to end.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team while remaining close to execution.
• Comfort operating without heavy processes or corporate structure.
• Solid understanding of the technology market; robotics and AI knowledge is advantageous.
