Procurement Manager (Computer OEM/ODM Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing, multi-year category planning, and high-value vendor negotiations.
• Manage vendors, procurement strategies, purchase orders, requisitions, and procurement reporting.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and cross-functional teams on contracts, budgets, and procurement projects.
• Conduct supplier risk assessments, procurement audits, and compliance reviews while developing mitigation plans.
• Drive process improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and supplier development programs.
• Mentor junior procurement staff and monitor team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• 5+ years of direct procurement or supply chain experience in computer OEM/ODM manufacturing or server system solutions.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, contract management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with supplier relationships, market analysis, cost reduction, procurement audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
