Production Supervisor (Robotics)

What you will do

• Develop and manage production plans, schedules, inventory, and material requirements using MRP/ERP systems.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, including lead times, logistics, costs, and component availability.
• Support electromechanical assembly of AUVs, thrusters, pressure housings, and subsea connectors.
• Establish quality control processes covering inspections, QC checklists, nonconformance reports, and root cause analysis.
• Apply lean manufacturing methods such as 5S and Kaizen to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Coordinate design engineering, production technicians, procurement, and management while maintaining production tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma or B.Eng. degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, supply chain, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, production planning, supply chain, or operations.
• Hands-on familiarity with MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of quality control documentation, electromechanical assembly, supplier management, and production tracking tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and tools such as ClickUp, plus knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of WSH Act compliance and risk assessment, with strong coordination and communication skills.
