Warehouse Coordinator (Robotics)

Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore; onsite warehouse and workshop role

What you will do

• Receive HAUV components and materials, verify them against purchase orders, and route items for quality inspection when required.
• Label, bin, store, kit, and issue parts, tools, consumables, and materials for subassemblies and vehicle builds.
• Update ERP inventory records, conduct cycle counts and stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and maintain serialized and batch-part traceability.
• Pack, prepare, unpack, and inspect HAUVs, spares, tools, and support equipment for tank tests, sea trials, and client deployments.
• Coordinate shipments and transfers between Singapore and Johor Bahru, including basic shipping and customs documentation.
• Operate lifting equipment safely and track loaned field equipment and returns.

Requirements

• ITE Nitec, Higher Nitec, or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory work, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, engineering, or marine environments.
• Experience with an ERP or inventory system and basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate when recording stock movements.
• Able to perform moderate lifting and work hands-on in a warehouse and workshop setting.
• Willing to support occasional early starts and field logistics for trials and deployments.

Nice to have

• Forklift license or lifting and rigging certification.
• Experience with ESD-safe handling of electronic components.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods handling or shipping, especially lithium batteries.
• Experience with cross-border logistics between Singapore and Malaysia.
• Class 3 driving license.
