Planning and Control Planner (Manufacturing/SAP)

Location: Singapore, SGP; onsite 12-hour shifts on a 4-3-3-4 schedule

What you will do

• Respond to part-status queries from Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Provide updates on material availability, inventory status, shortages, and open orders.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in part-status and inventory records.
• Coordinate Quality Notification implementation with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Perform SAP transactions for material movements, goods receipts, inventory transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Support project execution by placing materials into on-hand inventory and maintaining availability for operational milestones.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, production control, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Availability for 12-hour shifts on a 4-3-3-4 work schedule.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP MIGO transactions.
• Familiarity with Quality Notification processes.
