About the Role

You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core product area. You will turn model capabilities into intuitive experiences, analyze metrics and feedback, use research and experimentation to prioritize work, and partner across disciplines to deliver product improvements while balancing safety and ethics.

Requirements

• Experience working on products with millions of users
• Product judgment for creating delightful experiences
• Analytical ability and fluency in experimentation and data-driven decisions
• Communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
• Interest in AI technology and its societal impact
• Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams
• Ability to translate model capabilities into product experiences

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Design product capabilities as extensible systems
• Translate model capabilities into intuitive user experiences
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback
• Use quantitative data, experimentation, and user research to prioritize work
• Maintain a high bar for product quality and craft
• Partner with design, engineering, data science, research, and marketing
• Balance rapid iteration with AI safety and ethics
