Product Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Own the internal tools roadmap and turn reactive requests into a coherent product strategy.
• Prioritize robot testing, operation, and fleet management tools, including scheduling, repair tracking, software updates, and real-time robot health and location.
• Define requirements for robot testing spaces, including safety scanners, camera recording, live streaming, bookings, and unattended testing.
• Shape workflows for robot operators, technicians, data collection teams, engineering, product, and testing users.
• Scale data labeling and quality review tools as data volume grows across internal collection, vendors, and robot performance tests.
• Set priorities with engineering and operations leads, define success metrics, and evaluate AI-assisted versus human-controlled workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with internal platforms, operations tools, or workflow software.
• Experience with hardware, robotics, connected-device fleets, or machine learning data workflows such as labeling, quality review, and model evaluation.
• Strong user discovery skills with technicians, robot operators, and data reviewers.
• Technical grounding in robot health and performance data, cloud services, data storage, and access controls.
• Experience designing AI-assisted and human-operated workflows, with judgment about when people should remain in control.
• Ability to set priorities independently and operate effectively in an early-stage environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with robot fleet management, remote robot operation, or test labs connecting physical hardware to software-driven tests.
