Senior Manager, Global Consolidation

Salary: $149.1K–$215.9K USD annually for the Bay Area, California.

hirify.global is hiring for a global finance leadership role supporting consolidation and reporting across multinational entities.

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation across all legal entities.
• Oversee intercompany matching, consolidation entries, eliminations, settlements, and out-of-balance resolution.
• Manage foreign currency translation and remeasurement impacts on consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate global close calendars, reporting schedules, policies, controls, and documentation.
• Partner with FP&A, tax, treasury, technical accounting, regional finance, IT, and procurement teams.
• Support audits, technical accounting implementation, and automation of consolidation and close processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification and 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-entity consolidations and financial reporting in a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, intercompany accounting, foreign currency translation, and consolidated financial statements.
• Experience with ERP and consolidation systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, and experience leading geographically distributed or cross-functional teams.
