Senior Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis (AI)

hirify.global is a company with a corporate Finance organization focused on financial planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting, and operational decision support.

What you will do

• Advance AI-native finance by creating agents, using Copilot, and automating routine administrative tasks.
• Streamline legacy financial models and processes with Power BI and Power Query.
• Develop financial models, standardize reporting, analyze business trends, and communicate actionable results.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Long-Range Plan through template development, data collection, analysis, and presentation creation.
• Build forecasts for headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures using financial and non-financial inputs.
• Aggregate complex, high-volume data from Workday, SAP, BPC, Accolade, and other systems while partnering with Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or auditing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Experience or preferred expertise with Power BI and Power Query, plus data modeling, dashboarding, automation, or business intelligence technologies.
• Exposure to AI prompting, research, task automation, and agent creation.
• Strong systems skills with SAP, BPC, ECC, BW, or comparable ERP and EPM tools.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in business, finance, accounting, data science, or business analytics.
• CPA, CFA, CMA, or another recognized certification.
• Experience in Big Four or national accounting and consulting firms, investment banks, Corporate FP&A, or division finance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to manage confidential financial information.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours when needed.
