Director, HR Business Partner & Talent Management (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Serve as the strategic HR partner to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and their leadership teams.
• Shape workforce planning, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent priorities, and employee experience strategies.
• Lead and develop a small team of HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing facilities in Nevada and South Carolina.
• Partner with HR leaders supporting Germany manufacturing operations to align people practices across the manufacturing footprint while addressing local business and regulatory needs.
• Use workforce data, talent insights, and business metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and organizational capability gaps.
• Build integrated people solutions with Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and People Analytics.

Requirements

• Proven success advising senior executives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business strategy into talent and organizational solutions.
• Experience building leadership development, succession planning, career development, and talent management programs.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, industrial, energy, or similarly complex workforce environments.
• Exceptional coaching, influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills across executive, managerial, and frontline employee levels.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive execution directly.
