Salary: $294,600–$377,000 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Partner with the President and senior leadership to align talent, organization design, and leadership capability with business strategy.
• Build talent strategies, succession plans, leadership development programs, and workforce plans for a global organization.
• Embed continuous improvement through the Veralto Enterprise System and use analytics, KPIs, forecasting, and productivity measures to guide decisions.
• Lead HR strategy for major transformations, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and market expansion.
• Strengthen culture, engagement, retention, and the associate value proposition.
• Lead the global HR team and integrate HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services while managing labor, legal, regulatory, privacy, and reputational risks.

Requirements

• Proven HR leadership experience supporting a $1B+ global, matrixed business.
• Demonstrated ability to connect talent strategy with business performance and P&L outcomes.
• Experience in lean, continuous-improvement environments such as VES, DBS, or equivalent.
• Track record of leading complex transformations, including M&A, restructuring, and organizational scaling.
• Strong financial acumen in workforce planning, forecasting, and productivity management.
• Experience across global labor environments, including works councils, unions, and regulatory requirements.
