Salary: $294,600–$377,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for bonus pay

What you will do

• Partner with the President and senior leadership to align talent strategy, organization design, and leadership capability with business goals.
• Lead succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and productivity management.
• Embed the Veralto Enterprise System and continuous improvement practices across HR and the broader organization.
• Lead HR strategy for major transformations, including M&A, restructuring, and market expansion.
• Strengthen culture, engagement, retention, and the associate value proposition.
• Lead the global HR team and integrate HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services while managing labor, legal, regulatory, and data privacy risks.

Requirements

• Proven HR leadership experience supporting a $1B+ global, matrixed business.
• Demonstrated ability to connect talent strategy with business performance and P&L outcomes.
• Experience in lean or continuous improvement environments, such as VES, DBS, or equivalent.
• Track record leading complex transformations, including M&A, restructuring, or organizational scaling.
• Strong financial acumen covering workforce planning, forecasting, and productivity management.
• Experience operating across global labor environments, including works councils and unions.
