Provider Relationship Manager (Employment Services Performance Manager)

Location: Home-based office in close proximity to Peel or York regions, Canada, with regular weekly visits to service provider locations and occasional travel across the Greater Toronto Area.

Salary: CAD 80,000–85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage a network of employment service providers and ensure contractual performance and service standards are met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular reviews, identify priority performance gaps, and develop improvement action plans.
• Lead community engagement and integration with existing services.
• Provide practical guidance, capacity-building support, and access to best-practice forums.
• Maintain auditable contract management records and evidence compliance with governance procedures.
• Manage revenue, operational, and job seeker expenditures while coordinating performance strategies with the operational team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive strategic leadership and contract management experience in employment services.
• Ability to work across different locations and travel regularly as required.
• Successful completion of a criminal record check.
• Compliance with information security and data protection policies.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in leadership or business/management.
• Bilingual French and English.
