Technical Program Manager (Automation)

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of client-facing automation and custom solution engagements from presales and order initiation through delivery and handover.
• Build and maintain detailed plans across the program, project, and workstream lifecycle, including scope, change, and release management.
• Coordinate with client automation centers of excellence and the Services PMO to align solutions with strategic objectives and complete milestones, timecards, and invoicing.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, issues, resources, budgets, service credits, and incurred costs.
• Run internal and client-facing status meetings, provide weekly summaries, and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and deliverables, develop client references and case studies, and identify new hirify.global use cases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in client-facing technology project, program, or delivery management.
• Experience focused on software development and systems integration.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, hybrid methodologies, and continuous integration.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Project+, or a similar project management certification.
