QNX Ecosystem Program Manager (QNX)

Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 90,000–126,000 per year

What you will do

• Execute the QNX Everywhere ecosystem strategy from initiative approval through completion.
• Manage operational relationships with technology partners, vendors, universities, startups, incubators, accelerators, consortiums, and standards bodies.
• Lead the QNX Everywhere Enablement Program and help partners integrate QNX offerings, developer resources, and assets.
• Develop program plans, milestones, dependencies, dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, budgets, and renewal frameworks.
• Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, marketing, developer relations, product management, sales, legal, finance, procurement, and purchasing.
• Support hackathons, workshops, conferences, demo days, job fairs, sponsorships, consortium working groups, and other ecosystem events; travel as needed.

Requirements

• Experience managing programs, partnerships, strategic relationships, or ecosystem initiatives in the technology industry.
• Strong project and program management, organizational, analytical, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Experience collaborating with executives, engineers, academics, developers, startups, and industry partners.
• Understanding of software development concepts, especially embedded systems, operating systems, developer platforms, or related technical domains.
• Experience managing external vendors, contracts, partnerships, or business relationships.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Developer Relations, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Technical Marketing, Partner Management, or Engineering.
• PMP certification or formal project/program management training.
• Experience with startups, incubators, accelerators, open-source communities, universities, or developer ecosystems.
• Familiarity with embedded systems, real-time operating systems, IoT platforms, edge computing, AI-powered productivity tools, or workflow automation.
• Additional French, German, Japanese, Korean, Swedish, or Mandarin language skills.
