Population Health Strategy & Operations Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; compensation is defined across US labor-market Zones A–C, with no current budget for Zone D markets. Occasional travel is required.

Salary: $147,940–$198,984 per year

What you will do

• Lead operational testing and experiments for Care and Case Management and navigation teams, including AI calling and abbreviated intake pilots.
• Turn cross-functional initiatives into executed plans, managing audits, transitions, staffing workstreams, timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
• Own daily and weekly business reporting, partnering with data teams to improve metric visibility and identify leading indicators.
• Lead leadership huddles and conduct operational deep dives to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Execute Population Health margin initiatives and identify opportunities for secondary clinician utilization and broader clinical operations improvements.
• Partner with product stakeholders to develop features that support team workflows, outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-growing business.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and design tests to resolve issues.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and comfort with data analysis; Looker experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools and the ability to organize, prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor and support colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare experience is preferred.
