Program Manager, Care Operations (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. The role requires ET or CT working hours, and periodic travel to practice sites or Chamber offices may be required.

hirify.global is building a technology and operating platform that helps independent cardiologists improve cardiovascular outcomes through clinical expertise, data, operational tools, and AI-enabled care programs.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of cardiovascular care programs, from workflow documentation and go-live tracking through post-launch iteration.
• Coordinate Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Care Delivery Operations stakeholders, tracking timelines, deliverables, blockers, and active care contracts.
• Translate clinical protocols and product capabilities into reliable operational workflows for care teams.
• Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, training materials, escalation paths, and workflow documentation.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to configure, test, and integrate AI tools into care workflows.
• Track operational performance and identify process or tooling improvements that reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, or an adjacent field.
• Experience creating structure in ambiguous environments and driving work forward independently.
• Strong process documentation skills, including SOPs and playbooks used by operational teams.
• Experience with care management platforms, AI-enabled tools, or healthcare operational technology.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to tracking progress and making decisions.
• US work authorization without sponsorship and availability to work ET or CT hours.
