Associate Recruiter (AI)

Location: Los Angeles, USA; on-site

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year OTE, including base and variable compensation.

What you will do

• Source and identify candidates across the Americas for commercial and operations roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative outreach.
• Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby, including stage updates, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple hubs and time zones.
• Support recruiters with outbound campaigns, InMail drafting, and candidate research.
• Build talent bench pipelines and contribute to employer brand and candidate experience initiatives.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, coordination, sales, or a similar people-facing role.
• Genuine interest in recruiting, AI, SaaS, and the technology industry.
• Strong organization, communication, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Ashby ATS.
• Strong academic background and evidence of achievement, such as competitive sports or standout extracurricular activities.
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, USA.
