Senior Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: London, UK; minimum two days per week in the London office. Occasional travel to customer sites across the US and Europe, including overnight stays, may be required.

Salary: GBP 87,600–131,400 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Set the multi-year product vision and platform strategy for Touch Surgery Aide, the digital and edge-compute foundation of the Touch Surgery ecosystem.
• Define capabilities across edge computing, surgical video, data movement, connectivity, application enablement, fleet operations and extensibility.
• Lead customer discovery and validate product assumptions with surgeons, operating-room teams, hospital IT, engineering, design, clinical and field partners.
• Prioritize reusable platform services and distinguish shared capabilities from application-specific solutions.
• Own product direction for provisioning, configuration, telemetry, software deployment, diagnostics, remote support and device-fleet lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with application, AI, cloud, data, marketing, commercial, service and implementation teams to support launch, adoption and operation in customer environments.

Requirements

• Significant product-management experience spanning discovery, strategy, launch, scale and product lifecycle, with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with digital platforms, ecosystems or technically complex products such as edge/cloud systems, integrated hardware-software products, connected devices or enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong judgment in platform product management, including decisions about shared services, applications, integrations and product trade-offs.
• Strong customer-discovery and analytical skills, using qualitative and quantitative evidence to guide decisions.
• Technical fluency across software, hardware, video, networking, cloud, APIs, data flows, identity and architecture constraints.
• Ability to influence senior technical, clinical, commercial and business stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare software, digital health or other safety-critical and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of operating-room technology, surgical video, clinical workflows or hospital IT.
• Experience with edge computing, embedded systems, real-time video, connected devices, computer vision or AI-enabled products.
• Knowledge of device-fleet management, observability, provisioning, software updates, cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems or networking.
• Experience with cybersecurity, privacy, reliability, quality systems, design controls or safety-by-design.
