Company

hirify.global develops non-invasive neuromonitoring technology for clinical brain monitoring and the diagnosis and treatment of brain disorders.

What you will do

  • Translate ideas and stakeholder requests into engineering-ready software tickets with clear problem statements, scope, acceptance criteria, and relevant clinical or regulatory context.
  • Own intake, triage, grooming, and prioritisation of the software ticket pipeline in Jira.
  • Ensure engineering work has complete requirements and supporting documentation in Confluence, while capturing decisions throughout delivery.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to sequence work and determine delivery timing based on genuine product priorities.
  • Maintain and extend the Jira and Confluence operating model as the organisation grows.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner working directly with a software engineering team.
  • Ability to write precise requirements and acceptance criteria that engineers can build against.
  • Ability to translate between non-technical stakeholders and engineers, including during ticket-grooming sessions.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage environment with informal requests, shifting priorities, and a need to impose structure.
  • Interest in the operational side of product management and building efficient idea-to-delivery processes.
  • Availability to work at least 4 days per week from the Kings Cross office in London, with one flexible work-from-home day.

Nice to have

  • Experience in medical devices or another regulated hardware/software environment.
  • Exposure to documentation practices under ISO 13485 or IEC 62304.
  • Experience setting up or overhauling a ticket intake and triage process.
  • Exposure to embedded or real-time software.

Culture & Benefits

  • Company equity plan for all employees.
  • Salary-sacrifice pension scheme and private medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Group life insurance at 4x annual income and comprehensive mental health support.
  • Unlimited holiday allowance plus bank holidays and one week of remote working per quarter.
  • Daily lunch vouchers, free dinner when working late, fresh fruit, snacks, drinks, and a YuLife subscription.

Hiring process

  • Granola AI is used during interviews for note-taking; transcripts are not saved to shared drives or stored externally.
  • Candidates can request not to use the AI notetaker during the conversation.
