Senior Product Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote in the United Kingdom or France, within +/- 2 hours of GMT; occasional travel to the London or Paris offices may be required. Candidates outside these locations and time zones cannot be considered.

Salary: £75,000–95,000 per year, based on experience and value.

What you will do

• Build and run the operating cadence, planning processes, tools, and OKR tracking for the product organisation.
• Centralise user feedback, early-access input, beta-release data, and customer health insights to inform roadmap prioritisation.
• Partner with Data Analytics to create product and customer health dashboards.
• Own release operations and support continuous delivery while meeting compliance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and create scalable checklists, playbooks, self-serve resources, and automation.
• Design, pilot, and roll out AI-powered workflows and automations for Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• Experience building, scaling, or significantly shaping a Product Operations framework.
• Experience designing operational systems, launch processes, planning cadences, or feedback frameworks in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• 4–7 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, product management, or strategy/consulting.
• Professional experience building, deploying, or extensively using AI agents, automations, or AI-powered workflows.
• Strong data literacy, including translating data into dashboards and decisions, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be located in the United Kingdom or France and able to work within +/- 2 hours of GMT.

Nice to have

• Experience in HealthTech or healthcare.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements in the UK and/or France.
• Proficiency in French.
