Trust & Safety Product Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere. The role is listed under the United Kingdom, with a yearly in-person gathering.

Annual gross compensation: $95,000–$125,000, including any applicable target bonus.

An AI product company building a large AI companionship platform governed by proprietary moderation technology.

What you will do

• Own product and technical delivery for compliance, trust, and safety initiatives across the platform.
• Translate safety policies, legal requirements, incident findings, and user feedback into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering work.
• Improve internally developed moderation systems, including LLM-based detection, moderation rules, thresholds, and interventions.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, testing, rollout, and performance management of third-party safety tools and partnerships.
• Build safety dashboards, recurring QA processes, red-team testing, and adversarial testing programs.
• Run trust and safety reviews for new features and coordinate incident follow-through with product, engineering, policy, and support teams.

Requirements

• Experience with trust and safety, legal, compliance, or safety requirements for consumer-facing products.
• Experience with content moderation, AI guardrails, automation, machine learning, human review, or user reporting.
• Ability to use metrics, A/B tests, product experiments, data analysis, or user research to guide product decisions.
• Previous legal or compliance education and professional experience or strong interest in AI.
• Experience with consumer-facing features, particularly in entertainment or gaming.
• Perfectly fluent English required; comfortable reviewing uncensored AI-generated and NSFW content.

• Experience working with third-party compliance and safety tools or integrations.
• Experience with uncensored models and content.
